Daisy Doris May was here last year with Steve Porters: How to Flirt, but this year she expands on the character and benefits from a large and supportive online following.  As Man Up’s 2022 drag king of the year, this incarnation of naïve boyishness (with a hint of toxicity) is well-rounded and detailed.

The PowerPoint structure of the hour never dictates the pace or content and Daisy never seems reliant upon it, which is rarity when performers elect to put their notes on screen. The crowd loved it. I loved it! It’s one of the most fun, energetic and engaging and well-planned shows on the Fringe this year.
